Returns Policy - Heritage Hampers Ltd
If you are not satisfied with your product please note we can only refund (excluding delivery charge) or exchange a product if we receive it back to our warehouse within seven days of receipt. Any returned product must be unused, in its original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
When goods are returned to us via a courier following unsuccessful delivery attempts and where delivery instructions have been met, refunds will not be given. In these circumstances the customer may request for the goods to be re-sent. This would incur the standard delivery charge and would not cover any spoilt perishable goods.
Should you wish to return an item by courier please include a note with the product stating the reason for the product return, along with your name, address, daytime phone number/mobile number and Order Number. Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
You must return the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you. No refund or exchange will be authorised unless these conditions are met and it will be returned to you by normal post without notice.
Please allow 2 weeks from posting date for us to credit your account. We will refund the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.
In accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling, perishable goods or customised goods (i.e. personalised gifts) made according to custom specifications may not be returned.
