Q2.What happens if no-one is at home when delivery is attempted?

  • DPD can deliver to every private address in the country at least once a day
  • Barcoded card left at failed delivery address if nobody home

Q5. What is Heritage Hampers Returns Policy?
If you are not satisfied with your product please note we can only refund (excluding delivery charge) or exchange a product if we receive it back to our warehouse within seven days of receipt. Any returned product must be unused, in its original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
When goods are returned to us via a courier following unsuccessful delivery attempts and where delivery instructions have been met, refunds will not be given. In these circumstances the customer may request for the goods to be re-sent. This would incur the standard delivery charge and would not cover any spoilt perishable goods.

Should you wish to return an item by courier please include a note with the product stating the reason for the product return, along with your name, address, daytime phone number/mobile number and Order Number. Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid.  Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

You must return the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you. No refund or exchange will be authorised unless these conditions are met and it will be returned to you by normal post without notice.
Please allow 2 weeks from posting date for us to credit your account. We will refund the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.

In accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling, perishable goods or customised goods (i.e. personalised gifts) made according to custom specifications may not be returned.

Q7. How to make an Online Track and Trace Query?
Customers can initiate a query directly from the Track & Trace screen
You can visit our providers website www.dpd.ie where you can use the Quick Track Function using you parcel consignment number to track your order.
Your consignment number will be  emailed to you when your order is picked for despatch.

Q10. What if my delivery is late?
The person receiving the package will receive an sms text or email confirming the delivery details on this you will have the contact details.
Alternatively you can contact your local depot the number will have been sent to you with your  confirmation from DPD or customer service on 09064 20500 for a status update.

Days are outlined below and they are working days and do not include weekends

Q12. Can I ship to a Po Box Address?
Consignments cannot be sent to Post Office Boxes. The following are all translations of PO Box and any address containing this reference cannot be shipped.

Postal, Casilla de Correo, Postfach.

Q13. What non EU countries is there a customs charge for included in the delivery cost?
There is a €25 customs delivery charge included in the quoted delivery charge for each of the following countries.
