Q1: Are my credit cards details secure? Will my Credit Card details be secure on your website?
Answer examples:
A: Yes, we are 100% secure. The shopping Cart section of our website uses  Allied Irish Bank security to encrypt your Credit Card details. We do not have any access to your credit card details it is only accessible by our secure provider for increased customer security and privacy.
Heritage Hampers Ltd recognises that your privacy is important to you and is committed to maintaining and using your information responsibly. Our privacy policy available here describes the information we collect and how we use it.

Q2: I’ve forgotten my password – Please help?
If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link. Then you can enter your email address in the text box provided. Click on "Continue" and an email containing a temporary password will be sent to you. You can use this to log in, and change it as you please.

Q3: Is your site secure?
A: Absolutely. We have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure. We use Authipay as our payment gateway and all transaction information passed to Authipay is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Authipay servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Q4: How can I pay/what are my payment options? (Keywords: payment, methods)
Heritage Hampers accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Laser. You may also pay by bank draft, postal order or make a bank transfer. Orders will be dispatched upon receipt of payment. For more information on these methods, please contact us.

Q5: How do I order hampers from the Heritage Hampers website?
It is very simple once you find the item you require click on buy now and you will be given the option to register and your details will be saved for the next time you shop, alternatively you can checkout without registering.

Q6: Do I pay VAT on my purchases?
Yes, VAT 23% or 13.5% is included in the price of all the products on our website.

Q7: Ordering from abroad?  Do I pay VAT?
If you are VAT registered outside of Ireland at the online checkout section you will be given the option to enter a registered VAT number the VAT will then be removed from your order for goods supplied from Ireland.
 For goods supplied VIA the UK Vat is payable for UK deliveries

Q8: Do you have a brochure, which can be sent to my address?
Yes, go to Brochure Download on our homepage and click on Brochure Request. To go directly to the Brochure download section of the site Click here

Q9: How can I cancel an order?
A: Orders can be cancelled up until 48 hours before the point of despatch. Cancellations beyond this point may incur a cancelation and restocking charge if the goods have been packed and / or despatched.

Q10: Where does the company ship to?
We ship hampers worldwide. Each different style of hamper is available to specific destinations, as you look at each hamper it will give you the possible destinations available, for hampers outside of the EU the best place to view what is available is the Export Hamper section (hailstorm to put a link here to this section)

Q13: Can I specify on which day to deliver?
Yes you will be able to do this during checkout. However outside of Ireland and the UK we cannot guarantee a particular day for delivery. While we endeavour to deliver on a particular day this is not always possible but we will do our best.

Q14: Will my Recipient know the value of the hamper(s) I am sending?
No. There are no details sent which list the value of the gift you have purchased. Invoices will be emailed to you once purchase is complete. Delivery dockets do not contain any information on pricing.

Q15: How will the Recipient know whom the hamper is from?
We offer the option of putting a personalized greeting card in with your hamper.

Q16: Is it possible to choose my own products for a hamper?
If you go to the build your own section on the website here you can customize your own hamper. It is possible in the build your own hamper section to create any size bespoke hamper.

Q17: What is the final date for ordering my Christmas Hampers?
The final date for receipt of Irish and UK orders to guarantee pre-Christmas delivery is the 14th December. The final date for receipt of orders for the Build your own hamper to guarantee pre-Christmas delivery is first Friday the 5th December. To guarantee pre Christmas delivery outside of Ireland and the UK the last date for orders is Friday 5th of December
